Oct 2021- : PhD student in the Lenne team, IBDM

2021: M2 internship in the Lenne team, IBDM. Dynamics of self-organized multicellular systems, vertex model on embryonic organoid development.

2018-2021 : Engineering School Telecom Physique Strasbourg + Cell Physics Master in Strasbourg University (double diploma)

Current work

Quantitative analysis of morphogenesis at the cellular scale in embryonic organoids.  Advanced imaging, 3D segmentation, extraction and correlation of mechanics and genetics events. Perturbative experimental approach.
